Nick’s Trillium 1300

Oh my! Where do I start with this one..

I got a phone call inquiring about a trillium restoration. Nick has owned this trillium for about 7 years already and has travelled with it all the way to the east coast of Canada and back.

When I went to see the trillium to assess it for restoration, I was shocked with what I saw!

I told Nick that this project was not something we wanted to take on at this time.. He explained that his friends were making fun of him for owning such a piece of work and that he should just get rid of this trillium. I told him they probably were right about how it looked but maybe we could help him out to prove them wrong.

And so the project started.

Lots of sanding and bodywork. The previous paint job had clearcoat that was peeling everywhere.

The interior of the trillium had spray cans sprayed everywhere including on the ensolite.
